About Us
The purpose and objectives of Truro Raceway Ltd are to:
- Provide a sustainable future for Harness Racing in Truro.
- Provide facilities and equipment for participants to engage in the promotion and participation of Harness Racing.
- Sponsor and host events and activities that promote the sport of Harness Racing.
To that end, a Board of Directors has taken steps to create business plans, negotiate contracts, and maintain access for customers. The Board will consist of up to nine directors, including a president, and a secretary-treasurer. One of the four directors will always be the sitting THHOA President, as elected by its membership.

OUR HISTORY
Truro Raceway is one of the oldest racetracks in Canada. Today, the half-mile track features live Harness Racing May through November and hosts Simulcast Racing (live streams and wagering on top tracks around North America) at two locations: Truro Raceway in Truro, NS and Mill Cove Brew Pub in Bedford, NS.
