EQUIPMENT CHANGES

Effective immediately all equipment changes
Must be received in the race office one hour(1 hr)

Prior to the Post Time of the first Race of the day
ie: Post Time for Race 1 : 1:30 pm
All Equipment Changes must be received in the race
office By 12:30 pm

RACE OFFICE HOURS

Effective immediately the Race Office hours are as follows:

Draw Day (Monday unless otherwise specified on Overnight
Sheet) 8 am - 5 pm

Tuesday (or day following draw) 9 am - 4 pm

Friday(draw for qualifiers day) 9 am - 2:30 pm

****purse cheques will be available on Thursdays after 1:00 pm
in the Pari Mutuel office****

PADDOCK SCHEDULE

During the week, the Paddock Barn is usually open by 8:00 am
and closes at approximately 4:00 in the afternoon

Truro Raceway invites you to join in the action, excitement and fun of standardbred harness racing - with free admission and free parking every race day!

Truro Raceway is the province's largest harness racing facility, and stables more than 200 horses on the grounds.  The glass-enclosed Grandstand offers comfortable seating, a canteen, and The Trackside Lounge.  The Top of the Turn Diner, located upstairs in the Turf Room, offers delicious hot meals and mouth-watering desserts.  Ronnie Roode and his friendly staff are on hand from 11:30 am every race day (Sundays) to serve visitors.  Watch for their scrumptious specials.

Corporate Packages are available for your organization or group.  Choose from a basic day at the track to a race sponsorship including a cooler or sheet presentation with a photographic keepsake.  To learn more about the different options available please call the Race Office at (902) 893-8075.
